They requested both a Fire Marshal training course for their retail staff and a First Aid course that would fulfil their duty as employers. Dobson-Grey were able to plan, deliver and support these training sessions to ensure that the retailer was upto date and compliant with the required legislation for Fire Safety and First Aid.
The retailer now has the required number of fully competent First Aid trained staff, with eight dedicated Fire Marshals who were trained to ensure that the retailers sites, all have a safe simultaneous evacuation process for their staff and customers.
The ongoing support from Dobson-Grey consultants and trainers of Fire, Health and Safety ensures that any new legislation or changes in Health and Safety law are shared with the retailers Directors and if needed training updates arranged.
