Foxhunters Extra Care Community, Abergavenny

Dobson-Grey Ltd spearheaded the development of 24 much needed extra care bungalows in Abergavenny, serving as Development Manager for Dormy Care. This project provides specialised housing for residents over 55 with extra care needs.

Our key contributions included:

  • Acquisition and Planning Coordination: Successfully navigating the acquisition process and coordinating all planning activities.
  • Community Engagement: Facilitating public consultations and actively participating in discussions with the Monmouthshire Planning Department and local Councillors to ensure community support and address any concerns.

Beyond providing essential housing, this development has created over 20 job opportunities and supported numerous local tradespeople, contributing to the economic vitality of the area.
