We directly engaged the Local Authority Tree Officer to agree on structured mitigation for a historic 100-year-old oak tree, protecting the contractor’s building footprint. Our team concurrently ran intensive public exhibitions to align parents and residents ahead of submission.
The Outcome: Full approval secured from Amber Valley Borough Council with zero design revisions. Detailed pre-commencement planning conditions were negotiated, actively tracked, and discharged ahead of schedule via daily Local Authority chasing, preventing any construction delays.
