Acting on behalf of Castleoak, we identified and secured an affordable housing provider, Worcester Community Housing, for a turnkey development agreement on the former Ronkswood hospital complex at Newton Road.
This collaboration enabled the successful construction of much needed one and two bedroom extra care apartments adjacent to the existing Latimer Court Care home operated by Barchester Healthcare. Construction commenced in September 2013.
