Dobson-Grey assisted in helping a long term client source and secure a soon to be closed community centre in Market Harborough after being put up for sale by Leicestershire County Council. The premises was acquired unconditionally with a planning application having been submitted for the proposal of the school to accommodate 88 pupils aged between 5 and 19 whilst employing 64 members of staff.
The client confirmed the centre would provide “much-needed” school places for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities in the area. The proposed school would consist of 11 classrooms, a multi-use games area and an outdoor play area.
